# Revenue Shield > Revenue Shield is a founder-led revenue systems advisory and provider matching service based in Perth, Western Australia. It helps established Australian home-service businesses (solar, renovations, roofing, home improvement) and selected professional services find where revenue is leaking, decide what to fix first, and choose who can help. It starts with a free 12-question Revenue Leakage Assessment. Website: https://revenueshield.com.au/ Founder: Stu McCracken Location: Perth, WA, Australia. Serves businesses across Australia. Positioning: Commercial judgement first, better systems before more software. Advice starts with your process, then considers CRM, automation, AI and specialist support. ## What is revenue leakage? Revenue leakage is revenue a business loses after demand already exists: the enquiry arrived, but a slow response, a missed call, a quote that went cold, too few follow-ups, an old lead nobody re-contacted, or untracked lost reasons meant the sale never happened. ## What the assessment measures 1. Response (30% weighting): first-response speed, missed-call handling, contact rate. 2. Follow-up (30%): number of follow-up attempts, consistency and ownership, quote follow-up timing. 3. Reactivation (15%): how often old leads, unaccepted quotes and past enquiries are re-engaged. 4. Conversion (25%): lead-to-sale conversion, lost-reason tracking, sales review discipline. Retention is not directly scored. The score (0-100, higher = more risk) is a rule-based indicator of system risk, not a measured percentage of lost revenue and not a validated industry benchmark. ## Services and pricing (AUD) - Revenue Leakage Assessment, free: 12 questions. Overall risk score and biggest issue shown before any details are requested. Name and email unlock category scores, three priorities and one practical action to start with. No credit card. - Revenue Improvement Blueprint, $195 one-off: an improvement plan generated automatically from a deeper questionnaire (business context and lead sources; enquiry handling; pipeline and follow-up; dormant opportunities; conversion and retention; CRM, integrations, team capacity and budget). Includes a ranked action plan, a 30/60/90-day sequence with suggested owners and success measures, workflow changes, relevant CRM, automation or AI opportunities, and solution and provider categories plus a supplier brief. Does not include human review, testing of systems or named providers. Arranged by email. People who complete the free assessment are offered 50% off one Blueprint ($97.50 AUD), one per customer. - Revenue Systems Audit, paid and human-led, quoted before you commit: a one-hour initial discovery meeting; a mystery-shop enquiry to test and time your response; review of a CRM export for dormant leads, stalled quotes and missing follow-up; review of a small agreed sample of sales calls; evidence-based commercial estimates with assumptions and limitations explained; prioritised recommendations and, where needed, 2-3 named providers vetted for suitability; and a one-hour results and adviser review meeting at the end. ## How provider matching works Named provider recommendations follow a deeper Audit. Providers are screened for relevant capability, track record, customer evidence, pricing clarity and support. Revenue Shield may receive disclosed referral or platform fees; recommendations and rankings are based on suitability, not commission. Clients can implement internally or choose their own suppliers. ## Prior work A previous AI-assisted lead-reactivation pilot involved 320 leads, a 23% hand-raiser rate and 12 recorded sales. This was previous work, not a Revenue Shield advisory or Audit case study, and does not establish expected results. ## Contact - Email: stu.d.mccracken@gmail.com (Blueprint purchases, assessment-completion offer and Audit enquiries) - Free assessment: https://revenueshield.com.au/
